01 / Purpose
Why we exist
Belgrave & Rothford exists to protect and sharpen the experience, touch and feel of products and services that serve a high-net-worth audience. Influence, placement and marketing must be carefully considered. In the wrong hands or the wrong context, they can dull a brand’s edge, misalign its audience or quietly erode trust.
We focus on the details that determine whether a client feels properly looked after or subtly let down: the sequence of an event, the texture of communications, the quality of introductions, the discipline around where and how a brand appears. Done well, this builds long-term demand. Done poorly, it loses customers who will not return.

02 / Method
How we work
Discretion is inherent to the way we operate. Our focus is on outcomes for the brand and its audience, rather than public announcements about who we work with.
When engaged, we function as an extension of the client’s leadership team and standards, akin to an appointed senior advisor or interim CMO, rather than an external supplier. Work is relationship-led, standards-driven and typically undertaken by recommendation.

Selected engagements
ENG‑01 / Automotive, 2024
Bespoke artisan automotive manufacturer
Advised on and delivered a private evening for the brand’s most important clients and selected industry figures, held in a residential setting. We assisted in building the guest list, introducing new HNWI and cultural figures who had not previously been connected to the brand. The event was designed as a relaxed cocktail reception with a curated journey through the brand’s vision, leading to pre-orders for a limited run of vehicles and producing campaign assets the brand continues to use globally. We selected the location, arranged staffing, hospitality and the full guest experience.

ENG‑02 / Hospitality, 2023
Boutique hotel brand following global prestige events
Advised on setup, project planning and discreet marketing to new clients for a hotel brand that positions itself around unique, high-level hospitality experiences at major international events. The work covered concept, operational planning and audience access.
ENG‑03 / Hospitality, 2024
Global hotel chain – new London flagship
Supported the pre-planning, experience design and market entry for a new hotel in central London. The brief covered positioning within a highly competitive set, the definition of the guest experience and the launch strategy that gave the property a distinct edge from day one.

Who we work with
Sectors
Luxury and bespoke sectors, from automotive and mobility to hospitality, private members’ clubs, artisan manufacturers and high-end consumer brands. Many of these businesses offer highly personalised service and, where appropriate, maintain the right to decline certain clients or commissions in order to protect brand equity and long-term reputation.

Engagement size and type
Engagements range from small, private PR and client events for 50 to 2,500 high-net-worth guests, to larger brand launches and experiences reaching around 10,000 attendees in a single day. Work may cover strategy, brand governance, event conception and delivery, creator and influencer partnerships, content production, launch planning and digital audience development.
In digital channels, campaigns designed and placed by Belgrave & Rothford have achieved interaction rates of up to 25 per cent from new audiences. Where content is positioned in front of a well-defined audience and supported by a tailored sales funnel and marketing experience, conversion from interaction to sales conversation has reached up to 33 per cent of those engaged.

04 / Fit
Fit
A good fit is a business with a clear mission: what it intends to provide, to whom, and at what standard. That baseline standard must be one that can only be exceeded, not walked back. We look for teams that value reputation, consistency and long-term brand equity over short-term noise.
